Former UMM history professor Dr. Kay Kimball will facilitate a discussion of the rights and responsibilities of citizenship at Porter Memorial Library in Machias. Anyone who wants a better grasp of what it means to be a citizen is encouraged to attend.

Admission to this event is free. Seating is limited so please call ahead to reserve a spot.
